I'm Ahmad, a product designer who enjoys solving problems across different industries. I've worked in care management, fintech, ecommerce, and more - I love the challenge that comes with tackling new domains and understanding how different types of users think. My approach centers on making things feel natural. A good interface shouldn't announce itself - it should guide users to their goals with clarity and purpose. I care deeply about crafting experiences that feel effortless, almost invisible.

I'm currently at Giv, designing enterprise software for agencies supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Before this, I was founding product designer at Smarg, building a neobank for African creatives. I also founded Thrivee, connecting African students to early-career opportunities - it reached 15k users before operations paused.

Right now I'm curious about consumer products and D2C brands - how they create experiences that feel personal at scale, and how they balance utility with delight.

Outside of work, I play football (almost) every weekend and support FC Barcelona. I follow F1 too, specifically cheering for Charles Leclerc and Ferrari (the pain is real).
